Bread
After I came back from a walk in the park (literally) with my friend, she wanted to get some bread for tomorrow's breakfast. While she was make her bread choice, I was fascinated by the variety of breads available.
I would say that even bread has fashion. The neighbourhood store has caught up with the fancy bread shop chains.
Then an idea struck me.
How has the culture of bread evolved over the years? The ancestors would have been horrified to finish the modern breed of breads.
I did some search and come up with this.
European bread museum (http://www.breadculture.net/album/index.html)

Very long hisotry on it.
I feel that it is like a staple in every culture. You can see how bread is represented in different languages.
Becuze it can be made from almost an flour and it can last for quite sometime, it is a favourite. But who is the 1st to invent this?
I duno.
Who is the one to spread this around the world?
I dunno.
May be someone can enlighten me.
I am more focused on how they market bread. Here are some posters. Take a look.
