Power of nap

From young, my mother would advise me. Have a bath, do your homework till your hair is dry. Take a 30mins nap and you can continue to do your homework. It was a routine set by my mum which I dislike because it is so regimental.

As I begin working, I realise the importance of nap. I tried to do so after lunch everyday. It work marvelously. I was more energetic and alert. even though the nap may be like 15mins. Of course, there are embarassing moments where I find myself snoring or dripping saliva. geez.......
Now with more workload, I realise I cant do it anymore. What a pity.
